At Wiregrass Direct Primary Care, we believe everyone deserves access to high-quality healthcare, regardless of financial circumstances. Our Patient Assistance Program offers discounted medical visit fees based on household income and family size, following federal poverty guidelines.

Eligible patients may qualify for significantly reduced visit costs—sometimes as low as $5 per visit—through our Sliding Fee Discount Program. Applications are simple and confidential, and assistance is available in both English and Spanish.
