Before you get started...
You are required to have a screening exam including an EKG to check for medical clearance to begin our weight loss program. If it is determined you are not a candidate, there will be no charge for the office visit. The weight loss program is recommended as a 90-day boot camp to help you adjust and stabilize your overall health and weight loss goals. Phentermine is not a long term medication and the provider will not allow chronic use of the drug. You must agree to visit the office weekly for monitoring and to receive the vitamin B12 injections.
